Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our DryDocks & Projects department as a DryDocks & Projects Coordinator. As a DryDocks & Projects Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of DryDocks, conversions, and retrofits across our diversified fleet of containers and bulk carriers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee vessel dry dock activities and technical projects (retrofits, conversions, new machinery installations), ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to schedule, prioritize, and monitor dry dock operations and project timelines. Maintain accurate records of dry dock work scopes, progress reports, budgets, and project documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of dry dock and technical project guidelines, checklists, and best practices. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs during dry dock and project execution.
