People are the backbone of every company and yet the impact human capital has on whether businesses succeed or fail has never been fully understood; we’re changing that. Our platform is already used by some of the most demanding organisations globally to analyse the competitive landscape, hire more effectively, and use talent as a strategic lever. These include the most profitable hedge funds in history, bulge bracket investment banks, and private equity funds and asset managers with over $2trn in AuM.
As we expand beyond financial services to impact the leadership of industries around the world, we need to grow our research function. The research team is the heart of our business, how we build the domain expertise that makes us so unique, and how we develop the talent to advise our customers and help them transform how they think about talent.
You will join a two-year programme rotating across research verticals to gain an overview of how the world works and what companies do, seen through the lens of people. We want to find the smartest and most curious graduates out there and help them become professionals as comfortable advising a Chief People Officer of a Fortune 500 company as they are independently researching a completely new industry and building a comprehensive understanding of how organisations operate from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities
• Build and maintain our understanding of the talent universe using our automation tools and your own knowledge and judgement
• Read voraciously, learn everything possible about our customers, their peers, and how the world works
• Gain initial exposure to the financial markets and demonstrate the ability to develop expertise in a given space
• Help work on our expansion outside of finance to cover the world of private and public businesses across sectors, and the professional services that cater to them
• Master our platform to be able to coach and train our customers into power users
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams in the business to work on product development, marketing and customer success
