Navitas is looking for an energetic and high-performing Student Recruitment Officer to represent one of our esteemed university partners, Robert Gordon University (RGU), in Pakistan. This exciting role is ideal for a motivated recruitment professional passionate about helping students achieve their international education ambitions while driving recruitment growth in a dynamic and competitive market.
Working closely with the In-Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering student recruitment targets across Pakistan. You will lead and support a range of on-the-ground recruitment activities, including agent engagement and training, lead generation initiatives, student counselling, conversion activities, and stakeholder relationship management. As a key ambassador for Robert Gordon University, you will provide exceptional support to students, parents, and education agents while fostering long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth and market success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the In-Country Manager (Pakistan) in delivering ambitious student recruitment strategies and achieving enrolment targets for Robert Gordon University.
• Assist with pre- and post-application processes, compliance requirements, and pre-CAS interview coordination to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Drive recruitment success through agent engagement, training programmes, education fairs, information sessions, lead generation initiatives, and student conversion activities.
• Provide timely market intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reports to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective students, offering personalised guidance and support throughout their study journey.
• Deliver high-quality recruitment and administrative support, ensuring a professional and student-focused experience at every stage.
• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with education agents, university representatives, and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence and drive sustainable growth.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Robert Gordon University, promoting its programmes and opportunities across the Pakistan market.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven success in sales, recruitment, or business development, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in student recruitment, adult education, or the international education sector, with knowledge of the Pakistan market.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required to support recruitment activities and events.
