About this role

Green School Bali is looking for a dedicated and organised School Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare services to our students, staff, and visitors. In this important role, you will support the health and wellbeing of our community, from providing first aid and responding to medical emergencies to promoting health awareness and ensuring our medical facilities and processes are well maintained.

What You Will Do:

• Nursing & First Aid (60%): Provide healthcare services to students, staff, and visitors, including first aid, treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, and support for ongoing health conditions. You will maintain the first aid room, manage medical supplies and hazards, support lice screening, and provide basic health and first aid training to the school community.

• Emergency Support (10%): Respond promptly and professionally to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when needed. You will also ensure first aid boxes and “Emergency Plan” documents are prepared and maintained across the school.

• SMK3 Support (30%): Support health, safety, and workplace wellbeing activities, including medical equipment maintenance and sterilisation, inventory and supplies readiness, and coordination of health services. You will monitor assigned work plans, communicate any challenges, and work collaboratively with the wider school community to ensure health services run effectively.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Experience in pediatric or school-based healthcare is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with a valid nursing licence or certification in Indonesia.

• Skills: Knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols, with the ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and professionally. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in maintaining medical records.

• Attributes: Compassionate, proactive, and committed to maintaining ethical conduct and confidentiality. Able to exercise sound judgement, work collaboratively, make timely decisions in medical situations, and continuously look for ways to improve health services and promote the wellbeing of the school community.
