What will you be doing?

As a Production Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping our production running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll:

Operate and monitor production machineryCarry out general manual handling activitiesComplete basic computer and production system tasksFollow our Health & Safety and Quality standardsHelp maintain high levels of production and minimise wasteWork closely with your colleagues as part of a supportive production crewDevelop your skills across different areas of the operation No previous paper or packaging experience? No problem. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we’ll provide the training you need to become confident in the role. We’re particularly keen to develop people who want to become multi-skilled and build a long-term career with us.

You’ll ideally be:

Positive, reliable and willing to get stuck inComfortable working as part of a team and independentlySafety-conscious, with a strong focus on doing things the right wayOrganised and able to prioritise your workloadAttentive to detail and qualityA good communicatorMotivated to learn new skills and developAble to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment You’ll also need Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Your working pattern

This is a 3-shift rotating role, giving you the opportunity to experience all areas of our shift cycle:

Week 1: 2pm – 10pm Week 2: 6am – 2pm Week 3: 10pm – 6am
