Analyst
Position Description: Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.
Major/Essential Functions: • Ensure that all accounts end the fiscal year with positive balances. • Have detailed knowledge of both Finance, HR, and Payroll Cognos reports. • Work with various stakeholders within TTU Online, Texas Tech University, vendors to address finance and administrative issues. • Prepare spreadsheets to present financial data. • Proficiency in processing the following administrative documents: ePAFs, ePEFs, creating new FOPs, processing budget revision, TechBuy, cost transfers, fund transfer requests, new position/reclassifications, Scholarship Universe, the fleet management system, property management system, and pcard reconciliation. • Other projects as assigned by Managing Director and Assistant Director of Finance.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Excel and Power BI
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Pay Statement: Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
