Business Analyst I (S)
Job Description: This is the entry level position in business analysis. The associate will develop a high degree of understanding of their assigned program. Under close supervision, they will extract data concerning their program and provide analysis of this data to associates. They will work extensively with stores, vendors, and HQ staff.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: • PCS Not Authorized/LSP Not Authorized Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas) • Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work
Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems): • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and basic modeling. • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. • Ability to create process maps, workflows, and business documentation. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Job Qualifications: Three years of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected organizing/coordinating work. or Bachelor's and one year of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected organizing/coordinating work.

• BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred Major/Minor (one of):
• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred • FINANCE - Preferred
Major Duties: Cooperates and coordinates with other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed. Supervises assigned associates. Performs other duties as assigned.
