Skilled in adhering to ITIL best practices and managing change requests to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Ability to identify potential risks in patching activities and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proficient in preparing detailed documentation of patching scope, timelines, execution plans, and post-patching outcomes. Experienced in coordinating with various business units, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth patching cycles. Work Location - Fiserv Office ( Pune / Noida)
