Are you an experienced retail leader ready for your next challenge? As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you'll support stores across Hertfordshire, working closely with Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive performance and develop colleagues.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a people-focused environment and is passionate about developing others. While optics experience is preferred, it isn't essential. We're looking for someone with strong retail leadership experience, a coaching mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.

Lead, coach and develop colleagues across multiple storesWork collaboratively with Store Managers throughout the area to share best practice and drive performanceSupport and develop new starters, helping them build confidence and capabilityMaintain high standards of operational excellence, governance and complianceDeliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiencesDrive sales growth and achieve key business objectivesBuild the skills and experience needed to progress into a Store Manager role What You'll Get
