We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Lakeside store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader or aspiring Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a large team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business performance. You'll be confident managing people, understand HR processes, and know how to use KPIs to improve results. What You'll Do
Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing colleaguesConduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and trainingDrive sales performance through effective KPI managementSupport recruitment, performance management and colleague engagementDeliver exceptional customer experiencesMaintain high standards of operational excellence and complianceRun the shop floor and lead the store in the Store Manager's absence What We're Looking For
Previous management or supervisory experience in retailStrong people leadership and coaching skillsExperience managing performance and developing teamsGood understanding of HR processesCommercial awareness and confidence using KPIs to drive performanceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFull flexibility, including weekends and late-night trading What You'll Get
