We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver outstanding results. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, inspire colleagues, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. This role will also include a focus on Agricultural customers and maintaining our CRM system. Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Hours of Work: Working 5 days out of 7, including alternate Saturdays. As Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting team development. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the Store Manager in delivering annual sales budgets and business plans • Driving sales through effective merchandising and stock control • Leading daily team organisation, rotas, and task delegation • Coaching and motivating colleagues to achieve targets and deliver excellent service • Handling customer queries and complaints professionally • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures • Acting as Duty Manager and keyholder when required Maintaining our CRM system, including daily call outs to our Agricultural customers.
