We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Manager to lead our team and ensure our feedstore and yard are organised, safe, and ready for customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll motivate colleagues, maintain high standards, and support operational excellence. Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time Hours of Work: 32 Hours Per Week As Warehouse / Yard Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, leading the team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous. Key responsibilities include: • Organising and overseeing goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries • Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items • Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards • Leading, motivating, and inspiring the warehouse and yard team to achieve goals • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures
