Taking orders in German and English Preparing orders and providing in-room service Loading trolleys with orders Conducting sales conversations – up-selling Organising and distributing treatments Various till duties (Micros System) Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks Distributing treatments Setting up treatments Adherence to the hotel’s internal standards
