We are seeking a Data Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty claims experience and a robust data background to translate business needs into actionable data, reporting, and analytics solutions. Partner with claims, operations, data, and technology teams to gather requirements, document business rules, and define data-driven solutions. Analyze P&C claims data to identify trends, data quality issues, operational gaps, and opportunities to improve reporting and decision-making. Create and validate source-to-target mappings, data definitions, process flows, and acceptance criteria for claims data initiatives. Support development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, client reporting, and operational analytics related to claims performance. Participate in testing, reconciliation, and stakeholder reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet business and data requirements.
