About this role
The claims handler will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated and Low Value Litigated Motor Claims for our Corporate clients. •To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims up to £25k, including high value/complex matters from inception to settlement. •To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of litigated motor claims up to £10k.. •Identify cases for early litigation with high prospects ohttps://davies-group--frecruit.vf.force.com/img/s.giff success and low risk. •To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity •To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service •To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance •Interact and communicate with clients •Mentoring, training and to be the technical referral point for other team members Working Hours 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Liverpool. This role is a hybrid role working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
