Are you a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician looking for stability, no more chasing hail, and a place to show off your skills? At Carma, we’ve got you covered; 38 hours a week, year-round, in our brand-new St Peters workshop. With a steady flow of cars, you’ll tackle both parking dents and hail damage, bringing your skills and growing with us. Use your PDR skills to remove dents and get vehicles looking flawless Work closely with the team and manager to meet repair expectations Spot panel defects and recommend the best repair approach Help with vehicle prep and pitch in to keep the workshop running smoothly 38 Hour week: Monday to Friday
