Join us as an Automotive Operations All-Rounder and step into a role where you’ll build real expertise—not just in cars, but in the behind-the-scenes operations that bring every Carma vehicle to life. From supporting end-to-end workflow coordination to assisting with quality checks and getting vehicles customer-ready, you’ll be at the heart of our daily momentum. Inspection: Meticulously inspect Carma cars for any signs of damage Repair: Learn our repair techniques to make sure all cars look amazing - and bring your own repair methods to the team - we’re open to ideas! Data logging: Swiftly and accurately log vehicle details into the system- we will provide you with your own iPad! Car washing: Make our vehicles shine! Wash, buff, and detail interiors and exteriors to perfection. Relocation: Keep things moving by relocating cars between our production and storage facilities Support: Be our go-to helper. Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly
