We are recruiting for a Quality Team Administrative Assistant who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the Senior Quality Manager to ensure timely, accurate and effective coordination of quality activities across the Care Group.
Supporting the ongoing delivery of the Trust's Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and Patient Safety Incident Response Plan, alongside the PHSO Complaints Response framework ensuring that documentation, tracking, communication and governance processes are maintained to a high standard.

The Administrative Assistant will provide highquality administrative, organisational and governance support to the Quality Team.
The role ensures smooth daytoday functioning of quality processes, supports Patient Safety Incident Investigations (PSIIs), AAR, SWARMS, complaints, concerns, mortality reviews, and contributes to the delivery of the Trusts integrated governance agenda.
