As a Logistics Teamlead, you are responsible for the daily coordination of warehouse activities. You motivate your team, monitor KPI performance and make sure all processes run safely, smoothly and efficiently. This is a permanent position through a Werving & Selectie procedure. You will join the client directly on a permanent contract. In this role, you will: - Lead daily team meetings and set clear priorities - Coach, support and motivate team members - Monitor KPI results and quality standards - Help with recruitment, onboarding and training activities - Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes - Manage team challenges and resolve conflicts professionally - Act as the Supervisor's backup when needed Wat bieden wij?
