Do you have experience in a slaughterhouse or meat processing environment and enjoy helping colleagues develop their skills? As a Production Trainer, you play an important role in onboarding and guiding new employees on the production floor. You use your practical experience to ensure that colleagues work safely, efficiently and according to quality standards. This is a hands-on position where coaching, teamwork and craftsmanship come together.
