About this role
Work tasks: • Building and maintaining client relationships: serve and advise our existing clients professionally and help them find the most suitable print solution. • Technical consulting: help clients choose paper, format, printing technology and finishing, and explain what is and isn't technically feasible in print. • Preparing quotations: put together price offers in cooperation with production and estimating, and negotiate terms and deadlines. • Managing the sales process: handle each order from start to finish — order entry, passing materials and print files to production, tracking deadlines and arranging delivery. • Cooperation with the production team: communicate with the prepress, press and finishing departments so that the job meets the client's expectations and is completed on time. • Finding new business opportunities: actively seek out new potential clients and develop long-term partnerships with them. • Sales administration and reporting: keep client data and the sales pipeline in order and monitor progress against agreed sales targets. • Participating in marketing activities: contribute to the company's marketing activities, attend trade fairs and client events, and generate new ideas.
