We're looking for a caring, resilient and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Ash Grove in Evesham.

About the Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring customers receive high-quality, person-centred support. You will work closely with the management team to promote independence, choice and inclusion while helping to maintain a safe, compliant and effective service.

Key responsibilities include: Deputising for the Service Manager when requiredSupporting the day-to-day operation of the serviceActing as a positive role model and supporting colleagues on shiftBuilding strong relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionalsSupporting customers to achieve their goals and access meaningful activitiesOrganising events, activities and community outingsEnsuring compliance with internal policies and health and social care regulationsSupporting quality assurance processes, audits and record managementAssisting with staff training, supervision and development This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

About You At least two years' experience working in the care sector is preferredPrevious experience supporting people with learning disabilities is desirablePrevious experience in a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, Deputy or Supervisory role is advantageousA caring, compassionate and positive approachExcellent communication and leadership skillsThe ability to remain flexible and adapt under pressureStrong organisational skills and confidence in completing audits and maintaining recordsA commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support Full training and ongoing development opportunities are provided.
