Robert Half is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (m/v/x) for a company in Brussels-Zellik. Our client is an international and innovative organization active in a technical B2B environment. The company combines a strong global presence with a hands-on local approach and is currently looking for a versatile marketing professional to support its activities in the French market. Your responsibilities You create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You write and edit engaging marketing content for email campaigns and digital communication channels. You coordinate the development of French-language case studies and customer testimonial content. You pre-qualify incoming leads and contact prospects with relevant discovery questions before transferring them to the sales team. You support the organization of trade fairs, customer events, demonstrations, and other commercial initiatives in the French region. You translate marketing materials from English into French, including brochures, flyers, and technical documentation. You help manage CRM activities, including email sequences, templates, and user support for the sales team. You provide administrative support linked to sales and marketing activities. You recognize yourself in the following You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You have at least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales support; internships may also be considered. You have a strong interest in a B2B and ideally technical or industrial environment. You are a native French speaker, and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are experienced with social media platforms in a professional context. You work comfortably with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM system is a strong asset. You have excellent writing skills and a very strong command of French spelling and grammar. You are eager to learn, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with local and international teams.
