Base Salary: $160-$190k We are seeking an experienced leader to join our IMU_Insurance_Insurance - Common department as a Senior Assistant Vice President. This role is crucial in driving our insurance services and solutions forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance account management and a passion for building strong client relationships.
• Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing strategic direction and mentorship. • Develop and execute account management strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative insurance solutions. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, meeting client expectations and SLAs. • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance account management, with a proven track record of success. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is essential. • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A results-driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement. The posted base salary range is the hiring base salary range for this role.
