Key Responsibilities • Work closely with the CFO and finance leadership to support expansion of the finance shared services model. • Identify finance processes that can be transitioned or outsourced to the shared services center. • Drive finance transformation initiatives across accounting, reporting, FP&A and regulatory functions. • Oversee governance, service delivery and performance of finance operations handled by the shared services team. • Act as a strategic liaison between onshore finance leadership and offshore teams. • Support implementation of best practices, controls and scalable finance processes. • Provide thought leadership on finance operating models and outsourcing strategy.

Candidate Profile • Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA. • 15 Plus years’ experience in finance leadership roles. • Experience working in UK insurance / London Market environment preferred. • Strong background in finance controllership, regulatory reporting and shared services models. • Experience working with CFO leadership and driving finance transformation initiatives. • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities.
