We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Global CIO Office. The role combines Technology Strategy, PMO, Business Analysis, and Executive Governance for digital and AI-led transformation programs, partnering with senior technology leaders to drive planning, execution discipline, value realization, and executive decision-making. The individual will act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring technology strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Primary Interactions

• CIO, Global Technology, Enterprise Transformation leaders, Chief of Staff (CXO Offices) • Liaise with Enabling functions to strengthen AI, Cloud, Digital and Cyber Capabilities • Marketing: Branding, Positioning of Digital Solutions, showcase in Industry and Client Events • FP&A: Budget Planning and Variance, Investment Prudence and Prioritization

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Global CIO Office. The role combines Technology Strategy, PMO, Business Analysis, and Executive Governance for digital and AI-led transformation programs, partnering with senior technology leaders to drive planning, execution discipline, value realization, and executive decision-making. The individual will act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring technology strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management of Technology Initiatives

• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise-wide technology initiatives in alignment with the overall Tech roadmap • Assist in developing the enterprise technology strategy and transformation agenda, including Enterprise AI, modernization, enterprise digital, and cyber defense programs • Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business leaders to establish performance standards, monitor outcomes, and track strategic initiatives, dependencies, and delivery risks • Create program dashboards, executive updates, and steering committee presentations, translating technical progress into clear business impact • Conduct research and prepare briefs on emerging technologies, including AI and Agentic AI, industry trends, strategic partnerships, and innovation opportunities relevant to technology strategy and planning • Support governance processes and annual planning cycles, milestone tracking, and benefits realization • Coordinate complex Programs and interdependencies, helping drive scope clarity, issue resolution, and risk mitigation

Technology Strategy and Research:

• Participate in development of tech strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's long-term strategy • Apply a deep understanding of business and technology trends to develop forward-thinking strategies that enable digital transformation and enhance organizational performance • Demonstrate expertise in content articulation, ensuring clear and concise communication of complex technology concepts and strategies.

• 6-10 years of consulting, business excellence, corporate strategy, program management experience • Past experience of working and managing expectations with C-Suite stakeholders • B.Tech + MBA with 6-10 years of experience across Technology Strategy, Program Management, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Digital Transformation, CXO Offices or PMO functions • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, and new age tech certifications (AI/ML, Cloud, Cyber, etc)
