QualificationsI have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1. Managing complex, time-sensitive projects; formulating and refining management policies; advising senior leadership on organizational efficiency; and ensuring all directorate outputs strictly adhere to organizational standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and strategic alignment with higher headquarters directives; 2. Exercising authoritative oversight of the directorate's battle rhythm, ensuring cross-functional alignment of intelligence operations and administrative functions; 3. Directing and tracking complex, suspense-driven requirements and taskers, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous organizational standards for accuracy and timeliness; AND 4. Leading internal and external coordination processes to synchronize efforts across multiple directorates and higher headquarters, ensuring seamless strategic alignment. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Major DutiesYou will plan and carry out all assignments necessary for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of management process in his/her assigned area to meet activity needs.You will collect, review, interpret, evaluate and integrate information from multiple sources in assessing the relevance and significance of developments in his/her assigned area, and in prepare new or revise prior products.You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, and operational forces to discuss requirements and provide information.You will present and defend activity positions or controversial issues in his/her area of expertise.You will as required, serve as team leader for his/her assigned area.
