• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel materials ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4 inch • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and weld callouts • Complete production welding assignments while maintaining quality standards • Grind, deburr, and finish welded components • Cut, prepare, organize, and stage materials for fabrication projects • Operate grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment • Use tape measures and shop math to verify dimensions and fit-up • Assist with fabrication and shop support tasks as needed • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace • Follow all company quality and safety procedures Qualifications

• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or a welding-related degree • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols • Experience welding mild steel and/or stainless steel • Strong measuring skills with the ability to use tape measures accurately • Ability to perform grinding, cutting, and finishing operations • Stable work history and strong attendance record • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr.
