About the Role: As a Senior HR Administration Strategist, you will be the global business owner of the SAP S/4 HANA Payroll Template, responsible for its strategic direction, business integrity and continuous development.
In this role, you will shape the future of the global payroll template by driving standardisation, scalability and compliance, whilst ensuring that country-specific business requirements are appropriately taken into account, in line with the design principles. To this end, you will work closely with the payroll organisations across the various divisions and the country-specific template owners. You will act as the primary business authority for template-related decisions and represent business interests throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You represent the interests of Payroll and the interests relating to the global template to BCAB.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the payroll systems, local templates and business requirements are aligned with all design principles. • You will ensure that the global template is adapted should it not meet the requirements. • Act as the primary business authority for global template-related decisions. • Own and continuously improve the global payroll template. • Balance global standardization with country-specific business requirements. • Prioritize global business demands and ensure alignment across template components. • Approve functional solution designs from a business perspective. • Represent business interests in global governance forums. • Advise senior leadership on standardization opportunities and strategic investments. • Drive strategic decisions regarding the evolution of the global template. • Ensure consistency, scalability and business integrity across the global solution.
What We’re Looking For:
• Professional experience in payroll processes. • Deep understanding of SAP Payroll and SAP Datamodell • Experience with global, template-based implementations in a SAP enviornment. • Strong understanding of global payroll processes and business architecture in a SAP - Payroll Only System • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills. • Strong strategic and analytical thinking. • Confident decision-making skills and the ability to lead without formal authority. • Experience in change management and global governance. • Fluent English. • Experience working in an international matrix organization.
