About this role

About Fasset

Fasset is building the ownership bank: real assets (gold, backed dollars, global markets) on regulated rails across the Gulf, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. $100M+ raised, 2M+ users.

About the Role

Seven events in six countries, five different growth workstreams, and several open roles to fill, all with hard deadlines through December. This role exists to make sure all of it actually happens on time: venues get booked, vendors get paid, decisions get made and followed through, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll have real ownership day to day — picking vendors, planning travel, running the recurring team meetings — while bigger calls (big spend, signing contracts, anything public-facing) go through your manager for approval. It's a hands-on, high-trust role: by the end of the year you'll have delivered a full slate of international events and built the systems that keep a fast-moving growth team organized, with a clear path afterward into a bigger role in events, growth, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence — weekly growth and studio reviews, a monthly scorecard, and per-stop go/no-go calls. Circulate written inputs the day before, log decisions and owners after, and chase follow-through while there's still time to fix it.

• Own Buildathon production end to end — seven stops from September to December, covering venue, vendors, permits, budget, run of show, guest list, travel, on-site delivery, and close-out.

• Manage vendors and suppliers — sourcing, negotiating, contracting, paying on time, and holding them to spec across venues, AV, production, research, and the freelance creative bench.

• Maintain programme tracking — one place where every commitment across the five streams lives with an owner and a date, and you're accountable for the tracker being true.

• Provide executive enablement — roughly one day a week of calendar and inbox triage, travel, briefing packs before every meeting that matters, and holding threads that would otherwise drop.

• Keep hiring operations moving — scheduling, candidate experience, and no candidate waiting a week for a reply.

Requirements

• Has produced live events end to end, in more than one country — booked the venue, argued with the AV supplier, and fixed the thing that broke ninety minutes before doors. This is the requirement that gets probed hardest in interview.

• Travel ready: roughly five to six weeks in transit between September and December across the UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Japan, the UK, and the US, with existing visa-free access or valid multi-entry visas (or the ability to obtain them without delaying a booking). Trips are sometimes confirmed at two weeks' notice.

• Works well when it's messy — can take a half-formed instruction and come back with a plan, and hold a dozen open threads while building the system that holds them.

• Comfortable that roughly a day a week is calendar, inbox, travel, and expenses — a capped but permanent share of the role.
