Your task Ensuring the development of electronics(including hardware,software,connectors,wiring harness etc)regarding timing,cost and quality in various overall systems according to PEP and project management handbook. Creation of project plans and project requests in cooperation with all involved cross functional team managers and controlling as well as reporting in portals and committees on a regular basis for complex acquisition and series projects Independent control and management of the project team within the defined goals as agreed on in the project request. Management of complex technical development topics with respect to internal and external development of electronics(suppliers and development partners). Representation of projects in Q-Gates,customer project meetings,towards the Business Division in charge and towards external customers(OEM) Independent management of acquisition phase including proposal preparation according to valid operating procedures for acquisition process Technical assessment of performance of project team members Independent planning,development and implementation of measures to improve return of investment Personal initiative to participate in optimization of project related processes,templates and panels in cooperation with the Team Process and Systems. Your Profile A technical university degree with a regular study period of 4 years,specialization in electronics/ instrumentation/ electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired in another way.Exp.5–8 yrs Good knowledge in Automotive Embedded Systems Knowledge in electronics HW/SW development Good knowledge of respective overall system Knowledge in Product Development Process(PDP) PMI certification is preferable.
