About this role
Your New Role: Execute integrated digital marketing strategies (social media, content, SEO, paid media, CRM, etc.) to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and conversion Manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the official fan club, including membership programs, benefits, and retention activities Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely and customer-centric manner Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and messages regarding our products, delivery, events, and streaming services Proactively collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and provide solutions to customers Coordinate with external warehouses and delivery partners to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Monitor order statuses and adjust customer purchase orders to facilitate smooth deliveries What makes you succeed: Diploma or above Minimum 3 years’ customer service and marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce Solid experience in community building, fan engagement, and event execution Self-motivated, customer-oriented and a proactive team player Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Mature, independent, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
