Job Description: Enter and update shutdown-related data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems. Maintain records of work orders, equipment status, manpower allocation, and inspection reports. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.Compile daily, weekly, and final shutdown progress reports. Track outstanding activities and ensure records are updated promptly.Organize and file shutdown documentation, permits, and reports.Coordinate with planners, supervisors, inspectors, and contractors to collect required information. Generate reports, charts, and summaries as requested by management.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of project information.Support administrative activities related to shutdown planning and execution. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or document control.Experience in industrial shutdown/turnaround projects is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.Experience with SAP, CMMS, Maximo, or other maintenance management systems is an advantage.
