We are a locally owned and operated family Pharmacy located in downtown Collingwood. Stuart Ellis IDA Pharmacy has been serving the community for over 80 years!
We are looking to hire a PART-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for students!
Duties include:
-Operating a cash register, preparing merchandise for purchase, greeting customers, preparing prescription orders, products and/or supplies for verification by Pharmacists. Receiving and processing prescriptions. Assisting the Pharmacist.
-Experience with Kroll software an asset.
-Experience in a compounding lab an asset.
-Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Be able to multitask.
-Be flexible, reliable and trustworthy.
-Available to work some evenings and weekends (evenings are until 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends)
-Previous Pharmacy Assistant and or retail customer service work experience preferred.
