*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transaction processing. * Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display. * Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively. * Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during peak hours. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales is advantageous. * Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * A commitment to providing outstanding service that promotes customer loyalty.
