*About the Role*
We are currently hiring professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Security Guards for weekday and weekends; day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, visitors, and property across various client sites.
*Position Details*
* *Schedule:* Weekend and Weekday shifts (Day and Night shifts available) * *Employment Type:* Full-time and Part-time positions available * *Locations:* Commercial buildings, construction sites, retail plazas, offices, and residential properties
*Responsibilities*
* Perform regular indoor/outdoor patrols of the property * Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, and CCTV systems where applicable * Observe, deter, and report suspicious activity promptly * Complete clear, accurate daily activity logs and incident reports * Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and client requests * Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and facility staff * Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and secure all doors, gates, and access points
*Requirements*
* *Valid Alberta Security License* (Required) * *Cover Letter submitted with application* (See application instructions below) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional appearance, punctual demeanor, and strong conflict resolution abilities * Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods * Basic computer and smartphone literacy (for electronic reporting systems) * Personally owned vehicle is a strong asset * Previous security experience preferred, but not required
