We have a role available as Theatre Team Leader Robotics Surgery and Urology Specialities
The Theatre Team Leader will commitment to provide a safeand cost efficient, quality patient care through effective team working.
The post holder will be expected to function clinically within the Main Operating Theatres, Treatment Centre, Day SurgeryUnit and other associated areas as required.
The post holder should have sufficient knowledge and experienced with Robotic surgeries and Non-Robotic Urology.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will continuously maintain health, safety and control of Infection in clinical work areas.
Assist in the care for patients undergoing a variety of elective Robotics and non robotics (Urology, Gynae, Colorectal, ENT and General Surgery) and Emergency procedures.
Receive, transfer and position patients for clinical procedures.
The successful candidate will ensure equipment, supplies and waste is kept to a minimum.
The post holder will possess the ability to work in any of the Theatre areas according to service needs, regardless of which theatre department they are based in, although it is anticipated that staff do permanently work in the department they are employed to be based in.

Registered Nurse or Registered ODP Registration with NMC/HCPC Evidence of continuing professional development Mentorship/ Preceptorship qualification
