About this role
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid drivers' license.
• Must be available to work days or nights including weekends on a flexible basis.
• Previous snowcat/heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for basic grooming of trails in a reasonable period of time.
• Involved in learning grooming patterns and contours, proper blade work and tiller operation.
• Involved in basic ramp maintenance.
• Use SNOWsat to check equipment in and out. (e.g. snowcats, snowmobiles, and rangers).
• Report any suspicious mechanical issues or abnormal performance of equipment to the Vehicle Maintenance department via SNOWsat.
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
• Provide information and answer questions about the resort to resort guests.
• Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all of the tasks contained therein.
