About this role
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Provide clerical and administrative support in the processing and posting of customer payments; including preparation of payments for processing, researching customer accounts, and preparing deposits. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalency; and
• Ability to operate payment processing equipment and understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts such as debits and credits normally acquired through accounting coursework or one year of office experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
• Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Opens and balances payments in preparation for imaging.
• Assists in payment processing, including imaging documents, keying corrections, assists in deposit process, balance and direct payments, endorses/encodes checks and prepares bank deposit.
• Balances multiple payment batches for deposit.
• Sorts outgoing mail and research customer accounts.
• Updates mailing addresses.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Offers typically made between - $18.43 - $23.04 Per Hour
