CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Massy Gas Products (Guyana) Ltd is seeking to recruit a results-oriented and proactive Branch Supervisor (Berbice) with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and corporate pillars of the business for East Berbice-Corentyne.
• Grow market share of the product portfolio.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with stakeholders.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Grow the gas portfolio and identify new business opportunities in the assigned routes.
• Visit and recommend prospective LPG and Industrial & medical gas customers under the dealership model.
• Plan and execute all sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on business performance.
• Manage and ensure reconciliation of inventories.
• Conduct mentoring, performance reviews, and training of employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business Management/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent tertiary education.
• Previous sales and supervisory experience will be an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s Licence
