Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Human services, general. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Administrative and office activities. Perform administrative tasks. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Record information about donors. Provide clients with information. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Provide customer service. Store, update and maintain databases. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Co-ordinate special events. Schedule events, programs and activities. Maintain address databases by updating names and locations . Enter client information in databases. Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail. MS Office. MS Excel. Database management. Area of work experience: Community service organization. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
