Education, Experience and Skills:
• Minimum Bachelors in Statistics, Maths, Business, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Masters are preferable. • Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytical role, with strong technical and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong numerical and analytical skills with practical experience using forecasting tools and Excel. • Experience running forecast review meetings and engaging commercial stakeholders. • Good understanding of supply planning and customer service processes. • Experience with SAP, IBP, OMP or other advanced planning/forecasting systems. • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods sectors. • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; exposure to AI/Machine Learning techniques will be considered an added advantage. • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the preparation, accuracy, and publication of Pre-DRM tools, forecasts, and relevant dashboards. • Ensure data quality, governance, and maintenance of centralized repositories for reporting and market/region segmentation. • Design, standardize, and automate reporting tools and demand processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, escalating when necessary to ensure adherence to CCC timelines.
