You will help embed simplification as a core transformation principle by identifying where AI, automation, and technology can remove friction, reduce complexity, and create more efficient ways of working. Working closely with business stakeholders, Business & Process Transformation team, compliance partners, external vendors, and process simplification teams, you will help translate mapped business opportunities into practical, compliant, and scalable technology solutions. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, structured problem solving, and strong communication skills. About the Team:

Our Tech Team is focused on enabling smarter, simpler, and more effective ways of working through an “AI First” approach that combines technology, automation, data, and AI. In line with GSK’s simplification agenda and the ambition to “simplify the way we work,” we collaborate closely with business process simplification teams and process owners who help surface, map, and challenge current ways of working. From these mapped processes and identified pain points, we participate in defining and implementing the right technology, automation, and AI solutions to reduce unnecessary complexity, improve processes, and support strategic business priorities. We value collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and practical delivery. Our team works in a cross-functional environment where business understanding, technical curiosity, and stakeholder engagement are essential to ensure that solutions are adopted, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise standards. The role participates across the full journey, from process discovery and opportunity identification to solution design, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Technology Transformation: Support the identification, definition, and delivery of technology transformation initiatives that simplify business processes and improve operational effectiveness.

• AI and Automation Solutions: Contribute to the design and implementation of AI, GenAI, and automation use cases, including workflow automation, intelligent routing, guided user experiences, document support, and recommendation-based solutions that simplify business activities and improve user experience.

• Business Process Simplification with an “AI First” Mindset: Work with business teams and process simplification partners to understand current processes, identify pain points, and define practical opportunities to simplify the way we work by applying AI, automation, and technology where they can reduce complexity and improve efficiency.

• Process-to-Technology Translation: Work hand in hand with business process simplification teams, process owners, and business stakeholders to review mapped processes, understand pain points, challenge existing ways of working, and translate simplification opportunities into practical AI-first technology, automation, and orchestration solutions.

• Solution Delivery Support: Support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions by contributing to requirements gathering, backlog definition, testing, user acceptance activities, implementation planning, and post-go-live support.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, Digital & Technology teams, data teams, compliance, security, privacy, and external partners to ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.

• Documentation and Methodology: Document business requirements, process flows, solution designs, decision logs, testing evidence, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials to ensure that solutions are reproducible, auditable, and sustainable.

• Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical concepts into simple and clear language for non-technical audiences. Prepare and present updates, recommendations, and delivery progress to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
