We are currently looking for a Patient Solutions Manager who is accountable to lead patient engagement and advocacy efforts in Indonesia. You will build trusted relationships with patient organisations, healthcare partners, and internal teams. You will bring patient perspectives into strategy and programs that improve care and access. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement patient engagement strategies that capture patient needs and inform business and medical plans. - Build and maintain partnerships with patient organisations, community groups, healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders. - Design and run patient-centered activities such as advisory boards, education programs, and peer support services. - Work cross-functionally with market access and compliance teams to align patient initiatives with policy and practice. - Lead the design, execution, and communication of real-world evidence (RWE) studies to generate actionable insights that inform medical strategy, patient outcomes, and healthcare decision-making in Indonesia. - Capture, document and share patient insights to influence strategy, program design and decision making. - Ensure all patient interactions follow legal, ethical and internal guidelines and maintain clear records.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has: - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, public health, social sciences, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in patient advocacy, patient affairs, community engagement, or a related healthcare role. - Demonstrated experience working with patient organisations, NGOs or community groups. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency preferred. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships. - Good digital skills and comfort with virtual engagement tools and common office software.
