• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. • Manage front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries. • Facilitate visitor and vendor check-in procedures, ensuring compliance with site security and access requirements. • Provide directions and guidance to visitors regarding building locations, meeting spaces, and campus amenities. • Assist with the coordination and setup of event signage for multiple onsite events held throughout the week. • Support event logistics and ensure signage is displayed accurately and timely for scheduled activities. Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Previous experience in reception, office administration, hospitality, executive support, customer service, or workplace operations preferred. • Recent graduates with strong customer service experience and a professional demeanor are encouraged to apply. • Experience in high-end hospitality environments, such as upscale restaurants, hotels, or concierge services, is highly valued. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
