About this role

Job Title: Bilingual RecruiterJob DescriptionThis contract role offers a 5-8 month opportunity for a bilingual recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for light industrial positions in a hybrid work setting. You will work primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with flexibility to extend to 6:00 p.m. EST or later when supporting peak season. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment for manufacturing, distribution, and similar environments, requiring strong sourcing, stakeholder communication, and time-to-fill management.Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load of approximately 20–25 open positions at any given time. • Recruit for light industrial and related roles such as machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift operators, shipping personnel, customer service representatives, scale operators, and other similar positions. • Conduct thorough requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring timelines, and selection criteria. • Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers, providing clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process. • Source candidates proactively using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal applicant tracking system (ATS). • Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for light industrial and related roles. • Schedule candidates for onsite interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and site teams. • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance, focusing on efficient turnaround times and quality hires. • Track candidate pipelines and requisition status using the ATS and other talent acquisition tools. • Adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring needs, market conditions, and time zone considerations. Essential Skills

• Proven experience managing a requisition load of 20 or more openings at one time. • Fluency in Spanish and another language, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders in both languages. • Demonstrated success turning requisitions around quickly with quality hires in a high-volume environment. • Experience recruiting for light industrial skill sets, including warehouse associates, machine operators, forklift operators, and material handlers. • Industry recruiting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a staffing/agency environment. • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition processes. • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. • Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders and hiring managers. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments. • Comfort supporting multiple locations and time zones, including occasional extended hours to meet hiring needs. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Ability to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Familiarity with recruitment best practices for light industrial and warehouse operations. Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with onsite presence 3–4 days per week. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with flexibility to work later on some days depending on the time zones of the candidates and locations you support. You will use an internal applicant tracking system (ATS), online job boards, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed as primary recruitment tools. The position supports manufacturing, distribution, and light industrial operations, requiring regular collaboration with onsite leaders and hiring managers in these environments. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
