Job Title: Recruiter IIJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter II to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with the ability to build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates. This role requires the capability to screen and assess candidates effectively, ensuring they meet job fit requirements and align with hiring manager preferences. Responsibilities • Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates. • Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, achieving high offer-to-interview ratios. • Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity. • Execute sourcing and performance goals as outlined by the team. • Adhere to internal company processes and SLAs related to all aspects of recruiting. • Manage all job postings and ensure positions are current and active in recruiting systems. • Drive consistent messaging to protect data integrity and reporting. • Effectively assess and screen candidates for position fit. Essential Skills • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically in sourcing. • Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. • Experience in building candidate sourcing pipelines. • High volume non-technical recruiting experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Full cycle recruiting expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Data-driven approach to recruiting. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. • Passive sourcing experience is a plus. Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
