About this role
This position will require previous healthcare experience in an IT (help desk or desktop support role).Must be OK with working in a healthcare environment.REQUIRED SKILLS1) At least 6 months of experience working with Windows OS and Hardware.2) Experience with large scale deployments in number of assets being distributed as well as a large campus.3) Experience working in a clinical setting. Either in support of a hospital organization or clinics and supporting those clinical end users. The candidate will have an understand of this working environment as well as be familiar with the medical requirements needed for this position.DescriptionThis position will be supporting a healthcare client with multiple locations in the Seattle area. This person will be a apart of the overall End User Compute team and will be replacing current hardware that is not compatible with Win11. Will work at the Montlake Campus, Harborview Campus, and Northgate Campus as needed.Overall Job Responsibilities:• Analyze, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end computing devices, system software and drivers in support of our client's systems, departments and individual users.• Install and support IT Services' standard desktop hardware and software. Support networked and stand-alone peripherals.• Meet all productivity and quality standards or completion rates in the "EDS Service Productivity and Quality Standards" document.• Ensure that production systems operate accurately, reliably, and efficiently.• Actively manage user relationships to analyze, plan, prioritize and follow up project work and systems requests.• Evaluate and implement user requests.• Follow up with users and management to confirm that work has been performed as expected.• Assist other team members with research and problem solving. Provide consultation to other support team members, IT Services project teams and the general Medical Center user community.• Participate in large and small scale project related duties.• Support IT Services standards for infrastructure. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
