Painter Join a growing manufacturing team producing industry-leading fitness equipment. This hands-on role involves preparing, powder coating, and inspecting parts to ensure high-quality finished products. What You'll Do
• Prepare parts and materials for the powder coating process • Apply powder coating using industrial coating equipment • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met • Use hand and power tools to support production activities • Follow work instructions and safety procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For
• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience • Experience using hand and power tools • Strong attention to detail and quality • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with parts and assemblies • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment • Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus Schedule

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
