• Operate machinery to fill and seal ink containers. • Assist in the Shipping/Receiving department as necessary. • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. • Participate in packaging and warehouse duties. Essential Skills
• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience. • Ability to lift 45 pounds regularly. • Comfortable working with substances such as solvents, resins, alcohol, lubricants, and dyes. • Ability to work independently following written and verbal instructions. • Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in operating general office equipment such as telephones, copiers, faxes, and computers. The facility can become warm in the summer, with fans and air exchangers to moderate temperatures. The shift runs from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Lake Park, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
